Suggested Dose:

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

Cautions:

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Taking a prenatal multi-vitamin mineral supplement along with product may result in constipation, diarrhoea, and/or vomiting due to high iron intake.
