On its own, ashwagandha would taste a bit bitter, but in this tea, it's perfectly balanced with the bright, lemony taste of soothing lemon verbena and the grassy, fruity flavour of invigorating guayusa.

Ingredients: Eleuthero root*, Ashwagandha root*, Lemon verbena leaf*, Guayusa leaf*

Suggested use: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Flora organic Ashwagandha and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a relaxing cup of tea.
