Magnesium (Oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 167 mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 5 mcg/200 IU

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, modified cellulose gum, purified magnesium silicate, triethyl citrate, vegetable magnesium stearate, Brazilian palm tree wax.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 3 caplets daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Store between 15ºC and 25ºC, away from children.
