All fresh frozen Royal Jelly orders are automatically shipped in an insulated shipping kit with two ice packs. Please note that this option will only keep fresh royal jelly cool for two days. If the shipping time to you is greater than two business days, your order will not arrive frozen. There are no refunds on Fresh Frozen Royal Jelly.
We offer a faster Express Shipping (1 - 3 business days depending on where you are located) option for an additional charge. Click here for details. Standard Shipping to the United States is four business days. With Fresh Royal Jelly orders shipping Monday, this means your order will arrive on Friday. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, USPS will take your order to the nearest Post Office (we do not allow orders to sit outside in the elements). Please be aware that your order will be arriving and make the necessary arrangements to be home or go and pick it up. We do not take responsibility for orders that sit at the Post Office over the weekend. We also do not take responsibility if your Postman leaves packages at your door and it happens to be a hot day. It is your responsibility to make arrangements with him as to how you'd like your package handled if you are not home to receive it.
