Ingredients

Each Softgel Contains:
Glucosamine HCl (Shrimp and Crab exoskeleton) 300 mg
Chondroitin Sulfate (Chondroitin sulfate sodium from bovine cartilage) 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Soybean oil, gelatin (bovine), glycerin, lecithin (soy), carob powder, yellow beeswax, iron oxide yellow.
Contains soy and sulphites.
NO starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 softgels, 3 times daily with a meal. Use for a minimum of 1 month to see beneficial effects. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
