Ingredients

Each Teaspoon (5 mL) Contains:
Elemental Iron (Ferrous gluconate) 10 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:

Xylitol, citric acid, natural flavour (tropical citrus), potassium sorbate, stevia, xanthan gum.
NO salt (NaCl), sugar, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Shake well before use. Take 1-3 teaspoons (5-15 mL) daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
